9/13- Present Home Properties (Lake Grove / Woodmont Village Apartments)
Service Manager- This is a rehab property, I oversee apartment upgrades, laundry machine projects,
were there installing washer/dryer combos in apartments, A/C sleeve replacements and other upgrade
projects on site. I organize and set up contractors on upgrades through ops technology or email and
even texting. I make all the part list orders through ops. I schedule make ready dates for turns and
upgrades through MRI. Organize employees on their daily duties, do payroll for employees, train
co-workers in the skills they need to complete the tasks. Plow streets when there is snow and sand salt
streets, also organize team members in the snow removal project.
5/13 – 9/13 Home Properties (Devonshire Hills Apartments)
Maintenance Technician – I report to the Service Manager, run work orders, repair appliances,
plumbing, electrical, tile work. Replace screen doors, carpentry, make repair and air conditioning,
window units and central air conditioning, maintain grounds and overall appearance of property along
with co-workers, repair or replace lighting as needed.
1/11- 1/13 McKinley Residential (Riva Apartments)
Maintenance Supervisor- This property is a rehab property, it has had a face lift on all the exterior of
the buildings including screening in the patios and redoing decking, I have been responsible for
overseeing contractors in doing this, also keeping track of maintenance requests and issuing job
responsibilities to my maintenance staff. Also in charge of making sure make readies are being
completed and in a proper manor. Trouble shooting A/C problems, & electrical, also plumbing. Make
repairs on interiors, such as refurbishing kitchens and bathrooms. Our property has become one of
McKinley’s # 1 older properties in our region since I have to work here.
2/09- 11/10 Knickerbocker Management
Superintendent- In charge of overseeing the new construction of two eight story residential buildings,
to insure the quality of work is being done by signing off on each building and apartment when
completed to company standards, finish and clean any apartment that needs it, to move residents in on
completion, maintenance and repairs of any work orders, contact contractors when needed to call back
warranty work. Monitor and repair if necessary heating system, also move in residents and create a file
system on every apartment. Manage the upkeep of both buildings, assign and/or do maintenance
requests as needed, oversee porter’s daily duties, and so on.
1/08-2/09 Transferred to New York
Equity Residential (180 Trump Place) -Assistant to Operation Manager- Scheduling apartments to be
ready for tenants to move in, organize co-workers in their daily duties, run work orders using MRI for
computer updates on tenants moving in or out and tracking work orders .Trouble shooting HVAC &
Boiler steam systems, chiller systems. Maintain pumps on water tower systems. Repair appliances.
Renovate kitchens and baths, lay wall and floor tile. Also repair major plumbing valves.
8/05-1/08 Transferred to Equity Central Services (Cap Team)
Maintenance Supervisor- South Florida, In charge of performing numerous project contracts such as
copper pulls, shower pan, tub replacements, tiles and many other major repairs and budgeting. Visited
any properties from West Palm Beach to Key West, to perform numerous tasks including taking over
property until management is able to replace prior supervisor.
2/03-8/05 Equity Residential COCONUT CREEK, Fl.
Maintenance Supervisor- Responsible of work distributions for maintenance assistant, painter and
house keepers. Purchasing all maintenance supplies, materials and equipment with monthly and yearly
