Managed the creative execution process for Existing Cardmember Marketing programs for Citi’s full-range of card products including: ThankYou Premier, American Airlines AAdvantage, Hilton HHonors and AT&T Universal Card among others. Originally a one-year contract, the term was extended to the maximum length of 18 months. The position required strong creative and detail oriented project management skills with a focus on managing complex credit card offer details. Additional responsibilities were:

Managed the end-to-end go-to-market creative processes for customer credit card direct mail and digital campaigns (e.g. Banners, email, microsites) process for Sales Growth offers.

Partnered with various cross-functional teams (print production, creative department, digital designers as well as external ad agencies) to ensure successful implementation of marketing campaigns - from initial campaign kick-off to securing required approvals - ultimately to the hand off of final creative execution design.

Interpreted marketing creative strategy; managing marketing communications/creative with advertising agencies, and ensuring the creative matched intended strategies.

Responsible for high-volume, multi-cell, quick turn around monthly control acquisition Direct Mail programs for the Citi Platinum Select, Diamond Preferred Rewards, ThankYou and Simplicity credit card products. Additionally, managed quarterly mailings and collateral materials (take ones, inserts) for the Hilton HHonors Visa and Expedia Premier Pass cards.

Supervised staff of three project managers and five-person studio production design team ensuring training and accuracy and timeliness of deliverables to Citi production vendors.

Maintained professional and diplomatic relations with Citi clients, working with them to understand specific requirements, timing and budgetary issues related to control initiatives.

Profitably lead agency project management of credit, debit and pre-paid card marketing programs for Visa Inc’s, Visa Marketing Consulting group for their member banks.

A top agency performer; actively managed over 500 marketing projects generating agency fee billing in excess of $7 million over seven years with full budgetary responsibilities.

Implemented the Visa Extras loyalty rewards CRM program for Sun Trust Bank including announcement and enrollment mailings, statement inserts, and point notification mailings.

Managed consumer classic and platinum credit card redesign projects for Wells Fargo Bank including the product branding and launch of the new Wells Fargo Visa Signature Card.
