02/2013 to 02/2015 Baker Hughes Drilling Fluids- Warehouse Manager 3030 NW express way
Supervised day to day operations of liquid oil based and water based drilling fluids plant. Managed a large
operation with typically 5 or more professional CDL drivers, warehouse employees and office personnel. Overseen the
organization, receiving, storing and distribution of raw materials. Maintained clear lines of communications between
customers and suppliers to ensure timely arrivals of products and special orders. Responsible for ordering and
maintaining inventory levels based on forecasted usages. While keeping SLOB inventory at lowest levels possible.
Informed customers of new product developments while expressing the advantage over our competition. Seeking the
highest profitability while providing our customers with the right product at the right price. Tracked all orders and sales
utilizing SAP inventory system then extrapolating that data and using MS Excel and Power point to make presentations
to upper management. Insured all company and contractor drivers had accurate BOL’s with the most up to date MSDS.
Insured all drivers leaving the yard with a load had all equipment in correct order, with all placards matching and
correctly reflecting the product on the load. Lead by example and personally training employees to keep the highest

annual inventories and audits. Responsible for utilizing and maintaining a fleet of tractor trailers and various
product/earth moving equipment constantly seeking and then coordinating the most cost effective plant/fleet

employee to their fullest potential. Communicated with office HR personnel on employees’ payroll, schedules, vacation

drivers progress within their work days with Mix-telematics telemetry software. I would also serve as a CDL driver when
situations required the transportation of product or equipment to customers. I would load trucks with various product and
earth moving equipment. With my CDL knowledge I would perform periodic pre-trip inspections alongside drivers to

Then writing new EOC’s (Enterprise Operation Controls) and SOP’s (Standard Operational procedures) to ensure the

express issues and concerns. This would allow the adapting of EOC’s and SOP’s to the ever changing work
environments and give employees a personal stake in their safety and wellbeing. Insured an abundance of PPE
(Personal Protection Equipment) and performing training on its necessity and usage. This included the usage and
handling of corrosive and flammable chemicals that required several different kinds of PPE. Insured every employee
was Not Just trained but has an understanding of the risk involved in every job.

Oversaw the production of several varying food products throughout the fully cook plant. Adhering to customer exacting
specifications to meet or exceed our customers’ requirements. Supervised 5 production lines & up to 50 employees.
Assured all HACCP (Hazard analysis and critical control points),SSOP’s (Sanitation standard operating procedures)
and GMP’s (Good manufacturing Practices) guidelines where strictly followed. Analyzed previous production runs and
then scheduled product lines during the shift to run at maximum efficiency without incurring overtime or running past
predetermined USDA shut off times. Clearly communicated between machine operators and all other production
supervisors to ensure smooth operation of production lines, breaks and change overs of products. Lead by example
personally setting the pace and expectation for employees. Trained and cross trained all employees to better cover all

shipment schedule. Responsible for the accurate receiving of incoming raw meat loads, dry/wet ingredients
and packaging materials. Adhered to USDA guidelines in verifying EST (establishment numbers) meat loads
and COA (certificates of analysis) of dry/wet ingredients loads. Performed accurate intercompany material
transfers, preparing, staging and loading of outbound shipments using the ROSS inventory software. Verified
production schedule and up to date customer orders within the inventory system on a daily basis. Then
organizing employees’ daily activities accordingly to meet demands. Maintained up to the minute inventory
accuracy to enhance production efficiency. Preformed daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, bi annual audits to
