Quality Control. Products out of specs were costing on average $30,000
annually in after-market repair. Identified and repaired errors in
workmanship before component moved into the next phase of production.

Training and Development. Led effort in reducing time, material, and
travel expenses which resulted from product inconsistencies. Redesigning
quality control check lists to include proper documentation, provided

Process Improvement. Recruited to head materials management department.
Managed inventory control and logistics to ensure all necessary components
were shipped with order for product completion. RESULT: Products were
consistently ready for shipment prior to due date.
