Intergovernmental Coordination/Environmental Project Management: 2001-2008
Responsible for all aspects of project and property approval and environmental and hydrological permitting including DRI and Corp of Eng. Permits. Management of existing and ongoing properties including: Spring Forest Office and Medical Park; East Glen Daycare Center; County Creek Residential Community, etc. Projects ranged from 5,000-100,000 sf. Buildings and staff of up to 15 persons.
