I left confer& smith to work at Ephrata mfg. in may of 1994 when I was offer a molding and melt supervisor

1.To be in charge of the employees in the foundry

2.To correct problem’s with production and staff

3.To stay in contact with the cleaning room and answer any questions they might have

4.Tto reduce scrap loss

5.Make changes to improve quality

After the company closed I was hired by Cornwall Aluminum as a plant manager

!. over see day to day operations and schedule production

2. meet with customer service to in sure on time delivery

3. meet quality standards

4. keep a safe work environment and meet osha regulations

5. meet with vendors to get the best price on the market

6.modernize the plat and make improvements to increase production’

7. to over see all department and meet with all supervisors daily.

I left Cornwall aluminum after the co. was bought out and my position was no longer needed and was hired by Aluminum Alloys in sinking springs as a shipping and receiving supervisor an cleaning and grinded supervisor.
