procedures like PROC PRINT, PROC FREQ, PROC MEANS, PROC TRANSPOSE and

functions, data manipulation & report.

of PROC SQL, MERGE and SET statements

Mini Project:

. Screening of Anti-Microbial & Anti Diabetic activity of PASSIFLORA

FOETIDA.

o we first activity is antimicrobial Initially collect fruits

and dried then we go to extraction with Di chloromethane then

after Extraction dried them and put into agar medium with

different samples and also with E-coli the Put in incubation

chamber then 2 days notify Growth of Colonies then we declare

it having the Antimicrobial activity.

o we another activity is anti diabetic activity in this

collect rats and gave diabetic injection then measure Glucose

level then gave we prepared drug then gradually decreasing the

level of Glucose then we concluding that having anti diabetic

activity.

Major Project:

. ANTIBACTERIAL ACTIVITY OF OCIMUM BASILICUM AGAINST VARIOUS HUMAN

PATHOGENS

As a final project in 2013-2014:-

Description:

o In this project, the various parts (leaves, stem, root and

seeds) of ocimum basilicum . were collected and extracted with

each of ethanol and ethyl acetate using a Soxlet extractor for

24 h Antimicrobial activities of various plant extracts were

tested by cup-plate method against various pathogens with

different concentrations. These plant extracts shows very good

Antibacterial activity against pathogens.

EXTRA-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES

. Won Prize in Presented a Technical Paper on "PHASES OF

CLINICAL TRAILS"

in college.

. Won 1st prize in Chess Champion (a chess competition) in

"PHARMAPARSUIT2013".
