all of HMH technical products. Negotiated change requests for 3 major risks to the project with a value of 9

Million Dollars.

• Revised the HMH Implementation Methodology 2013 currently being utilized by Houghton Mifflin and Harcourt

as of May 2013 and currently working on the Communications Strategy Plan for the PSO department of HMH.

• Responsible for the overall project including: executive and SLCPS school board negotiations, sales, created

addendums, vendor and client facing work orders, partnership teaming agreements, drafted and maintained the

project schedule, regulated vendor contact, responsible to managed 5 project managers, school site managers,

Million dollar budget for the project.
