I managed a collection of videos and a team of transcribers for the

University of Vermont Captioning Program. I brought organization to the

program and helped the Captioning Department gain traction after the

acting Captioning Coordinator, Steven Airoldi, took a sudden leave of

absence.

I utilized my talent for quickly learning new technologies and my knack

for clear and concise communication. These skills made the transition

smooth, and kept our students and faculty happy.
