US Navy 1989 – 2000
Effectively planned and managed eight US Navy Special Communication receiver sites with an annual
budget of $600K. Served as liaison between the Royal Australian Navy and the United States Navy for
the supervision, operation and maintenance of the Naval Communication Station in Western Australia
while managing an $8M annual budget.
• Implemented a special communication maintenance plan for 14 military positions, allowing
those assets to be utilized within the claimancy
• Created a comprehensive relocation plan on time and within budget for the Naval Computer and
Telecommunication Station, Guam, Special Communication equipment suite with no interruption
to the submarine operating force
