organizing knowledge acquisition (KAP) of PLC and SCADA automation for

BMS (Building Management Systems), ACS (Access Control systems) and its

documentation.

. Ensuring 100% availability of all critical infrastructure systems within

the technical facilities and undertake strategic planning for required

shutdowns and maintenance activities.

. Led a team of 15 engineers from Honeywell & Johnson Controls (Vendors)

for successful completion of MIAL HVAC BAS (Heating Ventilation & Air

Conditioning in Building Automation System) Project.

. Planned and designed I/O Schedule, Cable Schedule, System Layout

Drawings, System Architectures, GA Drawings and Control Logics.

. Developed Logics (Mode Tables, Chiller Logic, Minimum Mode Fail

Condition, Time Table logic, Enthalpy Control) required for programming.

. Key representative from Blue Star (BMS Division) for Client (L&T & GVK)

interaction regarding their demands followed by technical discussions.

. Ensured successful Hot Testing and Cold Testing with the customer;

providing details of various Hardware components MFDs, FANs and other

field devices.

. Identified key areas for better power efficiency in VFD (Variable

Frequency Drives) and developed logics in DDC (Direct Digital

that all Automation & Control processes are in compliance with statutory

. Led a team of 9 engineers from Nelco Ltd (Vendor) for successful

completion of Line - 2 & Line - 6 BMS Project.

. Developed Control logics using Ladder Programming in PLC for automating

ECS equipment.

. Created Test plans and Test Data for White Box Testing of ECS system and

Integration testing with other systems like Fire Alarm Systems & TVS

(Tunnel Ventilation Systems).

. Created ITPs (Integrated Test Procedures) for black box testing.
