equipment and process from Siloam Springs to Toluca Plant.

• Quality Engineer / Step Cure Focus Factory / Industrial Banded V-Belts and Specialized Products.

• Six Sigma Project for Reduction of defective level in Step Cure Cell with savings of $62,000 USD

• MUI increase (Material index utilization) for banded belts, increasing yield at 1 belt per drum with savings of $38,000 USD

• Product Engineer / Step Cure Industrial Banded V-Belts, Specialized Products & OEM Micro V Belts.

Functions:

• Six Sigma Project for Elimination of Chipboard in Step Cure area with savings of $65,000 USD.

• Participate in the process to Transfer 5 production cells from Elizabethtown, KY Plant to Toluca facility, including 2 Specialized Cells for Small

Industrial Micro V belts and Flat Belts for Industrial OEM and aftermarket products, and 3 cells of molded belts, one for Notched Belts, RVS Belts and

• Rubber Compounder.
