Description Description: To book a hotel online in the real time

mode users need to Use the Fast Search form on our

homepage or the search form enabling additional

searching parameters. Choose the country and the city

of your destination from the drop-down lists as well

as your check-in and check-out dates, room type and

the required number of rooms. Once the form

completed, press "Search". The system returns a table

of hotels where you can book a room for the required

dates, provided with the required information. After

that user give his or her full details to pay the

amount using PayPal authentication. After payment a

confirmation email will generate and send to user

email id.

Project EMS (Employee Management System)

Position Developer

Description Description: Employee Management System is office

management software. Employees are divided into three

groups namely 1 Admin 2.Managers 3.Normal Users.

There is strict permission level so that normal users

can't Visit admin or manager's page but admin or

manager can visit normal user's page. Also admin can

visit managers page but managers can't visit admin

page.

In normal users section everyone (normal users,

managers and admin persons) can submit attendance,

can check leave balance, can apply for leave, can

view holidays in a calendar, and can share documents

for others. From attendance Complementary Casual

Leave (CCL) is calculated. One leave is deducted for

three late in or three early out and it is applicable

only for head quarter employees. If in time of an

employee is between 8 A.M. to 12 P.M then recess time

is deducted for calculating timespan. One employee

can submit attendance twice in a day but before

giving second attendance first attendance should be

completed. Time span is calculated by dividing 8 with

employee's total working hour. If this value is

greater than total working hour of organization then

extra time span value is added as CCL for

corresponding month and if the value is less than

working hour of organization CCL is deducted from

corresponding month. If an employee works in a

holiday then total time span value is added as CCL

with corresponding month also all types are forwarded

to next month.

When an employee applies for leave is deducted from

leave balance and first preference is given to Clan

then EL (Earned Leave) and then SL (Special Leave)

depending on leave Balance is greater than one.

After applying for leave an employee can request for

cancel. If cancel request is granted or cancelled

deducted leave is added to leave balance.

In admin section admin users can insert master data

or edit master data, can insert employee records or

edit employee records. Salary can be calculated from

admin section. Different types of holidays can be

inserted from this section. Different documents can

be stored. New users can be added in Corresponding

groups (Normal User, Admin, Managers, and Owners)

from this section. Admin persons can insert new

holiday with holiday type (NHD, CHD, and WHD) which

will be viewed in calendar with type of leave.

After adding new employee his/her corresponding EL

and SL is calculated up to date. After changing

records of employee previous record goes to history

records. Different types of reports like employees

report, attendance report, leave report, pay slip,

annual

Salary report, monthly salary report can be generated

from admin section. In manager section corresponding

manager can approve or cancel or reject leave.

Corresponding manager can approve attendance. Skilled

workers attendance can be given by corresponding

manager from

From this section. Each employee's records cannot be

visible to others except corresponding manager and

admin persons.
