Position Sought:

Traveling Superintendent

I am seeking a challenging and active position utilizing my proven construction skills in the

construction industry to build company’s revenue and bottom line.

Summary of Qualifications:

A results oriented self- starter, with highly developed administrative, scheduling, evaluation, and

management skills. I am extremely successful in utilizing my problem solving skills to

coordinate with clients, staff and contractors to consistently bring projects and rollouts in, on

time, and on budget.

Work History:

I began working as a carpenter’s helper in the summers during my high school years. After

graduating, I continued working as a carpenter. Two years later at 20 years old, I started my own

carpentry business, and for 19 years I was building residential, commercial buildings and

restaurants.

Next I spent 5 years traveling around the Unites States as a Superintendent. I built many out of

ground “big Box” buildings in that time. Note: I never missed a turnover date.

I then moved to Vice President of Construction with a commercial construction company. I was

responsible building a team and completing simultaneous out of ground buildings totaling over

40 million in revenues in each of the 2 years I spent there.

At my latest position for 3 years, I was the Sr. VP of Building Services of a nationwide service

provider. I built the team, brought in and maintained the relationships with clients as well as

developed and negotiated many million dollar projects and rollouts.
