From May 2012 to till date working in ABG Cement Ltd. Kutch as Sr.

ENGINEER in Production department at present working experience RAW

MATERIAL HEANDELING SECTION INCHARGE, plant Refractory work (Kiln, S.F

Cooler, TAD, Preheater) and plant commissioning. As a group ABG Cement have

capacity of 3.6 MTPA.

ABOUGT ORGNIZATION

> ABG Cement Ltd. Is putting up a modern dry process, state of the

art technology cement plant in Kutch district of Gujarat state.

> State of the art, world's one of the biggest vertical roller mill,

having 6 rollers on the 6.9 meter diameter rotating table, designed

and manufactured by world's number one company Loesche, Germany.

> Pyro processing equipments like pre-heater, rotary kiln, SF cooler,

are being supplied by F.L. Smidth, Denmark, one of the leading cement

machinery manufacturing company.

> Vertical coal grinding mills are being supplied by Loesche, Germany,

having 4 rollers on 4.3 meter

diameter rotating table.

> Cement and slag grinding mills having 6 rollers on 6.3 meter diameter

rotating table, are being supplied by Loesche, Germany, which is

designed for highly energy efficient grinding technology compared to

conventional ball mills.

> Belt bucket elevators up to the height of 166 meters, which is world's

2nd highest elevator in industry, designed and manufactured by Beumer,

Germany.
