Multi-tasking and status change responsibility for 34 patients

Wound care experience, assessment and creating treatment routines with Nurse Practitioners

Attend to client Concerns, organizing appointments and MD referrals to specialists

Health teaching and providing safety measures

Provide emotional support for client and family

Updating care plans and setting specific client focused goals and incorporating family for support
