. Check validity of warranty claims prior to acceptance for processing

. Ensure Customer & Supplier warranty claims are accurately completed

with fault, analysis, and necessary maintenance history

. Agree 'in- service' failure liability with customer

. Maintain accurate and detailed account of Technical Outcome

. Provide Technical Outcome Reports to Customers

. Carry out all unplanned repair activities on fleet

. Carry out 'in depth' fault finding

. Carry out special fleet checks (Post Change Control Board)

. Carry out safety and reliability modification

. Input failure and repair information into warranty database

. Provide support to site test teams and Engineering

. Carry out commissioning activities a customer's site

. Feedback of data

. Lead test team during test runs

. Delivery acceptance of new vehicles.

. Responsibility of warranty project which includes the planning, co-

ordination and execution of installation, testing & commissioning,

warranty & maintenance related activities as well as provision of

maintenance support to customer's staff from the site set up.

. Management of commissioning, reliability, availability and warranty

improvement process with the extensive support Engineering.

. Liaising with customer/project management providing evidence of

performance achievement with respect to acceptance program, retro

fitments and reliability growth.

. Maintain customer relations via regular depot daily meetings.

. Formalization of installations/resources/facilities required in

customer's premises for PI.

. Implementation and ensure the daily use of the Management Control Centre,

including

Failure resolution, material shortages, warranty repairs,

reliability growth, modification

Retrofit.

. Keeping up to date with safety, health and environment regulations

and ensure needed implementation.
