Education Official and lead consultant to several municipalities

and special districts in California. I have performed

inspections and plan reviews to verify code

Blue Lakes Dam Spillway

Performed inspections for the construction of a new

spillway at the lower Blue Lake Dam. The concrete

spillway was installed in a nature stream bed, and

had many environmental concerns. The spillway

also had ice breaking requirements for the spring

run off.

El Cajon Energy Center

City of El Cajon

Performed inspections for the construction of the El

Cajon Energy Center, a 48 MW pecker power plant.

The project was on line in 90 days, a very fast pace

job. The natural gas facility utilizes the latest in fuel

efficient technologies and SCR scrubbers to

minimize the environmental impact.

Colusa Generating Station

Performed inspections for the Colusa Generating

Station, a 660 MW combined cycle generating

facility. The natural gas facility utilizes the latest in

fuel-efficient technologies to minimize the

environmental impact while ensuring reliable

electricity at reasonable costs.

Humboldt Bay Repowering Project

Pacific Gas & Electric

Performed inspections for the construction of the

163 MW generating capacity power station. This

project is located on 5.4 acres within a 143-acre

parcel. The HBGS is a load following power plant

consisting of10 natural gas-fired Wärtsilä 18V50DF

16.3 MW reciprocating engine-generator sets and

associated equipment.

Panoche Energy

Panoche Energy Center, LLC

Performed as Chief Inspector of the project a 400 MW simple-cycle generating

facility. The facility site is located on a 12.8-acre site within a 128-acre parcel.

Offsite improvements associated with the project include a 400-foot paved

access road south of West Panoche road to the plant site, 2,400 linear feet of

new gas pipeline, 300-foot transmission line to tie into the Panoche substation,

and the PG&E expansion of the Panoche substation by approximately 1.1 acres

south of the existing substation boundary.

Inland Empire Energy Center

Inland Empire Generating Station

Performed inspections on the Inland Empire Energy Center this project is based

on two GE 107H combined-cycle systems, GE's latest gas turbine technology.

The project is capable of meeting the energy needs of almost 600,000

households in one of the fastest growing regions in the state.

Helms Hydro Retrofit

Pacific Gas & Electric

Performed inspections on a retrofit of the facility that was originally opened in

1984. Line bore of wicket gates in turbine number 3, security doors locks and

circuits, and emergency notification system.

Stockton and Tracy wastewater treatment plants

City of Stockton and City of Tracy

Performed inspections on waste water treatment plants retro fit, and new

expansion; to include underground water piping, chlorine ponds, holding tanks,

pumps and valves. Underground electric conduit, wire pulls, splicing, and junction

boxes. Above ground electric switch gear / panels conduit, lighting, and

exposition proof assembles in hazards class areas. Tertiary tanks, and fiber

fillings.

Performed inspections and plan review to verify project compliance with

California model codes and the local municipal code. Advised owners, architects,

engineers and contractors of code and construction requirements. Prepared

reports on fire damaged buildings and code enforcement findings. Lead inspector

to client.

Performed complex inspections and plan review to determine California model

codes, State accessibility and energy standards, municipal codes, minimum

housing-zoning codes and code enforcement activities. Supervised inspectors,
