. Trouble shooting all TWS job failing and file system issue with help
of tickets.
. Develop production schedules to meet customer requirements and
operational guidelines.
. Ensure the daily, weekly and monthly production schedules and tasks
are completed accurately and timely without any issues
. Responding to user requests to manage the daily plan by holding,
releasing, submitting and/or rerunning jobs and job streams
. Handling clients and to keep market updated about Batch job
processing.
. Planning for outages on Production machines by coordinating directly
with the market and alternatively schedule jobs to execute in advance
or postpone job execution as requested by the market.
. Have experienced executing many UNIX commands for scheduling, stopping
and shutting down of a job or server.
. Well versed in installation of TWS on AIX and windows machines. I have
prepared and given a document to the team based on this.
. Have a good knowledge in configuration. Very good in troubleshooting.
. Installing TWS on AIX boxes. Adding extended agents to those AIX boxes
and testing the r3batch connectivity.

Technology
IBM Tivoli Workload Scheduler tool is used to schedule jobs in different
regions. This tool is installed on an AIX and windows machine. The
environment is supported by 21 TWS masters linked to a large number of Unix
(AIX) and Windows workstations (1164 FTA's). Java Scheduling Console (JSC)
and TWDC are used to access the masters remotely. SAP applications are
installed on these AIX machines.
