Human Resources

Banking. Review of the Learning & Development operating model for a primary Italian bank (6.000 employees). Definition of the organizational structure, FTE analysis, processes (from training needs analysis, to training design and planning, to training monitoring) and tools (e.g. checklist for L&D strategy, training monitoring tools), review of training calendar and IT tools. Definition of areas of

improvement (processes, policies, tools, e-learning, internal faculty), prioritization and roadmap for implementation. Responsibilities: engagement coordination, with the involvement of specialized assessors and coaches.

Retail. Sales Force development program aimed at the implementation of the new Sales

organizational structure and new channel strategy (in collaboration with the Sales and HR

function, more than 70 people involved). Competencies’ framework review, assessment and

development center according to different roles (e.g. Region Managers, Area Manager, Sales

Representatives), development and training initiatives, individual and group coaching, change

action plan to successfully implement the new organizational structure in terms of L&D initiatives.

Responsibilities: engagement coordination, with the involvement of specialized assessors and

coaches.

Fashion Luxury. People development program for the Finance function on a worldwide scale,

following the definition of the new organizational structure and Finance target profiles (in

collaboration with the HR function, 250 people involved). Competencies’ framework review for

different hierarchical/responsibility levels (managers, coordinators, specialists, and juniors), skill

diagnosis with tools differentiated according to hierarchical levels (e.g. managerial appraisal for

CFO first levels, self and boss evaluation for operating resources), identification of

training/coaching initiatives according to the new Finance mission, organizational structure and

target profiles.

Responsibilities: engagement coordination, with the involvement of specialized assessors.

Banking. Set up of a training classroom initiative on compliance/privacy topics. Training needs

analysis, course planning (in collaboration with KPMG Subject Matter Experts), training delivery

and monitoring. Responsibilities: coordination of the engagement and SMEs.

Change Telecommunication (2013-14). Transition lead, Project and Change Management in the migration

Management, of Finance activities from the local operating company to the Group shared service center (India,

transformation Hungary). Stakeholders’ management, project progress monitoring, risks/mitigation actions

initiatives monitoring, KPIs tracking, internal/external communication, documentation for Steering

Committee, review of the operating framework between the operating company and the SSC.

Involved processes: Accounts payable, accounts receivable, Group management reporting,

General ledger.

Telecommunication (2010-11). Project and Change Management in a global transformation

program to implement the Group operating model (UK HQ) and Group SAP system (Finance, HR,

Supply Chain). Migration of activities from the local operating company to the Group shared

service center (India, Hungary). Stakeholders’ management, project progress monitoring,

documentation for Steering Committee, change impacts assessment, internal/external

communication, learning journey definition and deployment. Involved processes: Finance

(Accounts payable, accounts receivable, Group management reporting, General ledger,

Intercompany, Assets accounting). Human Resources (employee/manager self service, working

practice administration, recruiting).

Responsibilities: coordination of the KPMG Change Management team and activities delivery.

Automotive (2013). Change Management for the implementation of a new product configuration

tool after an M&A process (Italy, USA, Brazil). Stakeholders’ management, organization change

readiness assessment, change impact assessment, internal/external communication. Methodology

expert for the client.

Other areas.

Research (public entity, 100% funded by Ministry of Finance). Review of internal back office processes, to evaluate the overall coherence with the new organizational structure, identification

of areas of process improvement. Analysis of the governance model. Review of internal roles and
