. Developed a procedural manual along with screen prints on the complete

accountability of this position.

. Instituted a procedure with an in-house programmer to establish codes to

be keyed in customer account records in the AS400 system for special

handling and printing of the approximately 1000 monthly commission

checks. This new procedure substantially reduced the possible errors in

presorting the printed checks and streamlined the complete process

resulting in increased productivity and cost savings.

. Improved notification of price increases to soda vendors. Set-up a

procedure, with in-house programmer, where soda price increases in the

AS400 system would be uploaded to an excel spreadsheet for emailing to

outside vendors. Weekly spreadsheets showing machine location, effective

date of new price increase and a column where the vendor keyed in the

date they changed the soda price and return the completed spreadsheet.

This insures that vendor prices match company prices; directly impacting

company profits.
