Dec 2013- Current: Convergys Directv – Customer Service Rep

I answer inbound calls from new and existing customers. Specifically, I work for Advancing the

Customer Experience department (ACE), I proactively offer premiums services and equipment as well as

offering DirecTV Partner home phone service and internet (bundles) when available in the customers

area. In addition, I activate services, set up and reschedule work orders, and complete basic

troubleshooting.

May 2013- Dec-2013 Uhaul – Roadside assistance from home

Responsible for assisting customers by providing roadside assistance and accident

assistance by taking customer calls, locating a service provider and sending them out to the

customer location.

2012-2013: West Corporation Customer Service Representative

Responsible for assisting customers by providing product and service information for

medication orders; resolving medical insurance and service problems. Coordinating with

pharmacist to resolve conflicts with co-payments and tracking orders. Assist customers by

resolution.
