Academic
• Received the Best Paper award for the Paper “Virtual
Reality Based Therapy for Post-Operative rehabilitation of Children with Cerebral Palsy” at
international ergonomics conference 2012, IIT Chennai.
• Taught practicing Physiotherapists in a rehabilitation
center a variety of new skills including Yoga for Repetitive strain injury and Post- surgical complications
in Cerebral Palsy.

statistical input generated by SPSS and MS Excel in to academic papers in a variety of disciplines

Repetitive Strain Injury patient from UK at RECOUP Rehabilitation Centre, Bangalore.
• Selected as the Most Promising Employee of July 2011 in treating post-operative children
with Cerebral Palsy at RECOUP Rehabilitation Centre, Bangalore.
• Extensive experience in prevention of Diabetes and Musculoskeletal disorders through Yoga
and handling adult and pediatric musculoskeletal patients.
• Wide experience on health care research methodology and including health outcome measures
(validity and reliability of outcome measures).
• Trained in various clinical techniques including - Taping Technique; Myofascial Trigger
Point; Myotherapy; Alexander technique, Clinical Pilates; Ergonomic Workplace Analysis;

Project Management
• Time Management: Used Gantt chart to support successful on time submission of 18 different
ergonomic papers by a range of collaborators to the International ergonomic Association
conference, Brazil 2012.
• Relationship management: Worked in a Multidisciplinary rehabilitation team. This required
extensive cross- functional collaboration as well as interaction with patients, support staff and
other stakeholders.
• Budgeting: Ensured the successful delivery of Ergonomic workshops within budgetary
