Handle administration duties for three separate WellSpan facilities (York
and Gettysburg). Handle open trouble tickets for 24x7 hospital environment
as well as performing long term project migrating individual machines
throughout the facility to Windows 7. Upon project completion (slated for
late February/early March) nearly 2,000 machines will have been migrated.
Ensuring computers work in individual environments and that users still
have access to all hardware and applications they need. Documentation and
SOP's being written for other team members and for future projects to

Worked primarily in area of governance support on a large government
contract with the Customer Relationship Management Group (CRMG). Main focal
areas included facilitating the various boards on the project to include
the Configuration Control Board (CCB) as well as interaction with new Lead
Systems Integrator (LSI) with their various control boards like the Change
Advisory Board (CAB), Release Advisory Board (RAB) and the Baseline Review
Board (BRB). Daily Interaction with Customer Account Managers (CAM)
ensuring that all new requests that come into the organization go through
the proper channels and are delivered to the correct development teams for
work. In charge of tracking all open requests through our Request for
Information Technology (RIT) database and tracking there progress and
completion through the CCR. CRM experience using Serena product which
encompassed the entire lifecycle of a product. Worked as an SME with the
various software programs (over 20 total) released throughout CIA that

that would get released to various field sites in the form of Standard

Worked on the IADTS Contract within the National Security Agency at Fort
George G. Meade. Role was the Assistant Chief Information Technology
Officer (CITO) and I was responsible for an organization consisting on
nearly 400 personnel. Various tasks included the planning and
implementation of technology changes that occurred on the contract.
Attended monthly CITO meetings where changes made to the Agency wide
infrastructures were discussed. Tasked with tracking all trouble tickets
submitted by our organization into Eagle Alliance (IT Service Provider).
Trouble tickets were tracked utilizing Remedy software. Statistics were
compiled to determine problem areas within the organization as well as
tracking the overall performance of Eagle Alliance to include quality and
timeliness of work. Worked with the CITO and various department heads
within the organization for cost analysis and budget preparation for future
resources and projects. By looking at data across the enterprise was able
to help implement changes to current infrastructure on Windows platform to
improve performance.

Worked as a member of the configuration management team on the TRAILBLAZER
project. Responsible for the records and safekeeping of over 5,000 pieces
of hardware assets on the project. Hardware was located in-house or at our
customer site at the National Security Agency and was tracked with a system
known as Asset Mentor. With Asset Mentor bar coding and tracking of assets
at various facilities was essential as well as proper record keeping since
some of the assets would go to other locations and eventually return to the
main installation or could go between various field sites. Was an
administrator for a product we developed called TIDE. TIDE provided secure
document storage and version control for all documentation on the project.
Responsible for all backups and activities within organization utilizing
Veritas software. Helped streamline the auditing process for both hardware
and software assets on the TRAILBLAZER project. Worked with CLEARCASE and
CLEARQUEST on a day-to-day basis. Additional responsibilities as an
administrator for the CLEARCASE system and used for CRM process on
contract. CLEAQUEST was used to keep track of all software products with
information as far as location, media types as well as license and warranty
information. Things like implementation planning and VOB maintenance were
everyday tasks. Also served as a facilitator on TRAILBLAZER for our various
review boards which included a Configuration Control Board (CCB) and an
Engineering Review Board (ERB). These boards were used to maintain our
hardware and software baselines while ensuring operational integrity for
all new products or services that were under review for TRAILBLAZER.
Products brought before these boards were tested and evaluated to ensure no
disruptions to our developing or testing environment would occur.
