I took Outward Bound catalyst course for 21 days and gained a wide range of skills, pushing me past

my limits and out of my comfort zone. The physical activities were:

• Kayaking

• High ropes

• Sailing

• Sea training

• Rock climbing

• Tramping

• Service

• Solo

• 3.2k run every morning under 25 min

• Half marathon

But behind all these activities were skills that we could use in reality.

I was pushed mentally and emotionally.

The skills I gained at Outward Bound are:

laptops. I took in a lot of information about how the desktops and laptops would work.

I learnt about different parts of and computer mainly hardware. I can fully restore computer software

also repair them if damaged.

I was at Star Bargain for 3 or 4 months after school hours and in the weekends.
