Prepare the unit and admission of the patient in the Emergency room.

Evaluation and recording of patient's conditions

Assist in various procedures like Intubation, Chest Tube Insertion, and Foley's

Catheter Insertion etc.

Provide bed side nursing care.

Prepare the patient for various investigations like X-ray, ECG, Ultrasound, CT

scan, etc.

Monitor vital signs such as current temperature, blood pressure, respiratory and

any history of activity or illness prior to the patient's chief complaint, and

prior to their physical examination.

Administer medications as well as takes notes on reactions, sets up trays, and

prepare instruments and other equipments.

Maintain barrier nursing techniques and prevent cross infection.

Legibly document and compile a patient history regarding medical complaints,

surgeries and prescription medications.
