Development of eco –friendly methods to

synthesize and functionalize graphene based

nano –composites for ceramics, tribology,

water purification and bio-sensor applications.

I was also involved in teaching graduates and

supervising thesis work.

In water purification, I was

developing methods to utilize adsorption and photocatalytic properties of graphene system to remove heavy metal and organic compounds.

In ceramics case, I was focusing over improvement of mechanical and electrical properties of ceramics by introducing graphene based nanocomposites.

In tribology, I was exploiting graphene based nanocomposites as solid lubricant and lubricant additives.
