As a converting operator 1 my responsibilities were to train new hires and mentor new team members on production operations, equipment care and tools. My number one priority was to ensure safety at all times about the proper PPE and dangers of the machines and risk of losing limbs or even fatal., Death.. My role as a Lead Operator consisted of reading work orders, machine change overs, machine repairs, troubleshooting and problem solving, Pulling orders, filling out paperwork, assisting maintenance, keeping log books updated, driving forklifts and using pallet jacks. I am also well knowledgeable and experienced in the (JD Edwards System).. Able to read lot numbers and print labels. I have experience with a scanner., Locating products and materials.
