Abiola started his career with Nigeria institute of Management, a foremost management institute geared towards the managerial skills as well as bringing the upcoming managers. His roles include deposit mobilization, loan processing and disbursement, daily rendition of returns, proffering solutions to customers needs.

Prior to ABIOLA NYSC as well as national service year, he has taught various subjects like Cost Accounting, Mathematics and Statistics, Economics, Financial Accounting and fulfilled a parting Knowledge.
