Switched from using "Mapped Network Drives" to UNC paths to help prevent crypto-viruses from reaching files on the servers

Removed several servers from the environment

Set up domain names with email through Office 365

Used Group Policy to disable Windows Hello when the PIN sign in interfered with some Samba shares

Setup multiple Linux-based servers with rsync file replication to ensure constant connection to files

Managed both lines and switches with number labeled ports, and helped to find ports with no number labels

'Seamlessly' converted Windows file servers to Linux with Samba

Replaced, Fixed, Diagnosed many a problem without the help of others, as well as contacted Vendors for their support

Helped configure a new VOIP Phone System through Fairpoint (Now Consolidated Communications)

I went to College at ITT Tech in Woburn, MA for a year. During my time there, I learned how to code with VB.NET. I wasn't there for Networking, but was contemplating it after learning code. Later, I learned how to code in a few other languages. When I found the Keene Sentinel was hiring an entry level System Admin. I've been working with Chris Carreira for 6 years now, and it's time for me to move on. When I first started here, I was tasked with basic troubleshooting. I worked my way through many problems. After being allowed to learn whatever I wanted with all resources available to me, I picked up Networking, Security, Data Connections, Data Analysis, Sharing, Virtual Networking, Virtual Computing, and much more.
