Residential Building & Construction Manager

• Planned, organize, control, and evaluate the activities of a residential home building or renovating company

• Prepared bids for home construction or renovation projects

• Consulted with customers, architects and engineers regarding design plans, zoning, grading, property surveys, severances, and forestry
