SIEMENS MAKE TURBINE, YOKAGAWA DCS System(Centum vp version).

Responsibilities:-

1. Erection and Commissioning of YOKAGAWA DCS System.

Cabling Work from JB to DCS Panel & also termination of cable as per JB instrument list &DCS IO`S List.

2. Loop checking of cable from field to DCS & ferruling work both side.

Lining of all Instrument using P&ID, Hook up drawing.

Cabling Work from MCC to DCS Panel & also termination of cable as per MCC Feeder Tb list & DCS Electrical IO`S List.

3. Fixing and commissioning (Balance of Plant) of Transmitter, pressure

gauge, Temp gauge, Mov, pneumatic control valve & also calibrated RPC & Other instrument .All Instrument checking work & cabling from JB to DCS of Turbine side. Working and checking of Pressure Transmitters, Thermocouples, RTD, Pressure gauge, Opacity meter,o2 analyzer, Pressure Switch, Level Switch and Level Transmitters & also handled Hart communicator.

4. Operation & maintenance of Ingersoll Rand Screw conveyor Compressor.
