Having worked within the industry for over 28 years, I have developed a wide range of skills that would meet, and exceed the expectations for the role. Being A Mid Level Manager in an MSME organization, presently, it is my duty to take active part from Preparing an Offer, take part in negotiation, Plan, Procure, Produce, Get Inspection cleared and Send the consignment to Customer, Erect, Commission and Run . The complete cycle is managed with very limited resources utilized the maximum output in both of my last and present assignments.

In my present role as a Deputy Project manager, for GP Green Energy Systems Pvt. Ltd have had many achievements, including five plants of biomass gasification commissioning in India and Nepal.

After successfully commissioning of the first biomass gasifier in India using Bamboo as feedstock at a biscuit plant of ITC in the northeast in the year of 2016, took ownership of entire Operation & Maintenance. The produced gas is replacing around 200 liters of fossil fuel (Diesel in this case) per hour and producing green energy which is approximately around 1.2 MW of electrical power equivalent. Till date, the plant is running successfully under my overall supervision and monitoring.

I have taken an active part in Implementing ISO 9001 & ISO 14000 in my former company and in the present organization and acting as Management Representative for ISO and have taken the active part in ISO auditing, training, documentation & sustaining the system running in full force.
