Doing everything to make sure the business was effective and very satisfied with our work. I've worked at Howards Custom Cabinets my whole career while having different jobs. I've also picked up a lot of experience doing my own projects and people seeing them and I eventually get different customers for that craft I've learned. Example I make custom furniture as a hobby. Built custom homes for customers by contracting the work out and keeping a tight schedule. It takes experience to learn this because it's all about helping them know what is best for the home. What will improve the home in areas what could hurt them in the long run. Scheduling the work out for the contractors so they are not there tripping over the others. Also I've got to know when the contractor needs to start his work on the home or business because he doesn't want to be called off another job to show up tripping over someone and cannot start his work because the job isn't far enough along. Budget is equally important. Knowing what they are going to spend more money and how to save. Everybody wants an extra dollar. Being on site knowing how to do the work and making sure the project stays up to standards and going beyond expectations is what I like to do. Clean and safe. Go remodel homes on nights and weekends and sometimes during the week. Laying tile in peoples home. I tearing out walls opening up rooms or building walls to change a home up. Additions.
