JOB DESCRIPTION

Site inspection for civil construction work and ensure that the work is as per the project specifications and issued for construction drawing / final approved drawings from authorities.

Proper management of materials and workmanship.

Supervise putty and painting work

Ensure that all the works meets the stipulated quality standards.

Ensure the work is progress as per drawing specification.

Monitoring daily progress of site.

Preparation of BOM for civil work and BBS for structural elements comparing BOQ if any deviation shall be brought to attention of director.

Assist in the review and recording of shop drawings.

Obtain all necessary approvals and reviews of project design data..

Checked drawings for conformity and accuracy.

Made adjustments and changes to a variety of detailed drawings as necessary.
