BRISTOL MYERS SQUIBB - Princeton, NJ 8/2018 – present Associate Director, Enabling Functions IT (Portfolio Manager): Oversee the HRIT/Corporate Affairs Portfolio, which encompasses investment and integration projects with an annual budget ranging from 5 to 10 million USD.

• Support HRIT and HR business units by engaging stakeholders across the enterprise to develop strategic roadmaps for new capabilities. Annually, manage approximately 50 programs and projects, including pivotal initiatives such as Workday HR integration, ADP Payroll, integration with SAP ERP (S/4 HANA) and ServiceNow.

• Participate in the IT Mentorship program since 2020, nurturing talent within the organization.

• Prior to assuming this role from 2018 to 2020, served as a contracted resource leading the full lifecycle global SAP S4/HANA conversion program for Finance, Procurement, HR, and Manufacturing, with a program budget of approximately $65 million USD.
