• I developed the new formulation of Low Cost Putty which is so helpful it reduces the cost and Company save the lots of money.

• Changing the Acrylic resin (1248) of Power Chemicals by Multi Resin Acrylic (local) and Dirt shield 12 by Dow (imported) it Reduces the Brush Sticking problem in Nippon Paint Perfect Emulsion and Nippon Paint Weather bond.

• Introduce New Talc in Nippon Paint Satin Glo which reduces the cost of Stain Glo and also does not affect the quality of the product

• I developed the New Raw File which is quite simple and easily updated in the tinting machines.

• Reduce the cost of Gobis Weather Shield and Gobis Vinyl emulsion by updating the Previous formulation.

• Developed the new supplier Glassven Gelsil AS 150 and reduces the cost of 4 products.

• Developed the new series for Afghanistan (Gold Series) after this success then company launches this product in Punjab Market in 2013.

• Developed the new Formulation of Exterior putty in competition with ICI exterior putty and got the 10 metric ton order within 3 month only.

• Best emerging chemist (2012) in Gobi’s paint.

• Advised distillation techniques by which used kerosene and turpentine oil is recycled thus saving an amount of 1.2 million annually.

• And achieved highest percentage increment in salary.
