Laterites are soil types rich in iron and aluminum, formed in hot and wet tropical areas. Nearly all laterites are rusty-red because of iron oxides.The laterite soil which having high compression strength is cut into rectangular pieces, during excavation of laterite stone, around 25-30% laterite stone sacrap is generated. This laterite stone scrap creates problem in quarries and needs removal for further excavation. To overcome this problem a machine is designed and fabricated. The machine consists of motor and cut off wheel. The cut off wheel is slide against the brick to resurface and resize. The machine can reduce cost, effort and time
