Worked as an Graduate Trainee Engineer - Aero Design and Manufacturing’ in Avionics Division at Hindustan Aeronautics Limited ( H.A.L ), Hyderabad .

JOBS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Modelling and drawing of different type of components, assembly drawings, sheet metal drawings, test jigs in solid works.

Drawing of various types drill drawings of PCBs in Auto CAD.

Manufacturing of various Mechanical parts.

Planning, NC programming and proving of various mechanical parts.

Maintenance of database, standards, tooling and routine documentation.

Interaction with the design groups for clarifications, quality departments and with user end support.

Liaison with quality control / inspection for necessary clearances & certifications.

Design and development of fixtures for part manufacturing ( Supporting blocks, Vacuum fixtures and USP setup ).

B. Tech Mechanical Engineering First Class with distinction (70.1%) from Sri Vasavi Engineering College, Tadepalligudem in the year 2014.

Intermediate from Sasi Junior College, Velivennu (90.1%) in the year 2010.

SSC from Vidya Deep High school, Nidadavole (76.6%) in the year 2008.

SOFTWARE EXPOSURE:

CAD Software knowledge : CATIA V5R12, Uni Graphics Nx 6.0, AutoCAD 2006, MASTER CAM.

ACADEMIC PROJECT UNDERTAKEN:

Project Title : Power Generation Using Speed Barkers.”

Duration : 6 month.

Team Size : Five.

Description : As on speed barkers, tremendous amount of energy get wasted by vehicles, to utilize this energy through speed barkers, our project attempted to show the technique(Rack and Pinion mechanism) of utilization of energy through speed breakers with limitations.

ACHIEVEMENTS AND EXTRA CIRCULLAR ACTIVITIES:

Participated AUTOMOBILE workshop by JV WORKSHOPS held at ANDHRA UNIVERSITY,VIZAG.

Coordinator of Industrial visits like RINL, vizag etc.., during my graduation.

Awarded first prize in Spell Bee competition held in our college.
