Developed many bug fixes and enhancements for a multi-national, multi-business line AX 2009 environment using X++.
Led the analysis and creation of all AX 2009 user security groups leading up to the implementation of AX, and remained the primary analyst and administrator for the security models for the next 7 years.
Served as the lone technical resource for the implementation Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011, working with a Microsoft partner. Performed all customizations to screens, workflows, reports and business logic code in Javascript to meet the unique and frequently changing business requirements.
Conducted group and one-on-one Microsoft Dynamics CRM training for end users as new users and enhancements were introduced to the system.
Led the roll out of a 3rd party mobile module for Microsoft Dynamics CRM to allow users access to the data remotely on iPhones.
Created and maintained security groups within Microsoft Dynamics CRM to keep users appropriately separated by their business line and function.
Wrote SQL Server queries and stored procedures for ad-hoc reporting, audit data and application data lookups. Some projects included multi-server cross referencing to validate or update data between applications that did not share data by default.
Customized and maintained bar code reading application (RFSmart) in C#, including the interface to and from our AX environment.
Maintained barcode scan gun and printer hardware and trained users on day to day use and troubleshooting procedures.
Created and customized Crystal Reports for our Dynamics GP environment.
Served as primary first level support for Dynamics GP 7 and 9.

8 months of Co-Op work terms at B.C. Ministry of Forests. These positions were supporting both land and aerial firefighting operations and required 24/7 uptime and very short turnaround time when problems arose.
4 months of Co-Op work at B.C. Hydro that included statistical analysis and reporting. Much of the work was done in Excel with VBA, with one project that included converting a flat file database with a Fortran front end into an Excel/VBA application.
