TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Inspection of Boilers as per P&I diagram.
Inspection of Steam Drum internals.
Checking of Steam, Water & Auxiliary Turbine Piping as per IBR Standards.
Inspections of Main Steam line and boiler supports inspection and set the spring hanger supports.
Co-ordination with Technical drawings / Design department for necessary changes in routing of piping.
Preparing the erection schedule of boiler.
Executing as per schedule date and achievement of every milestones.
Co-ordinate with the contractor and client.
Maintain the records with easy identification.
Ensure sequence of erection according to the drawing.
Proper manpower planning for execution.
Material management as per requirement.
Daily and weekly erection performance ensure as per schedule.
Cause and remedy chart maintain according the site action report.
Co-ordination with external agencies for inspection, client and IBR.
MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: (As SITE INCHARGE)
Involved in site activities, customer co-ordination, Manpower management, Project schedule implementation.
Planning Manpower resources with required tools, consumables.
Planning the monthly and weekly Erection schedule.
Execution the completion of boiler as per customer schedule.
Fabrication of Non Pressure parts (fabricate based on erection sequence)
Ensure the material sequence.
Ensure T&P as per schedule requirement.
Co-ordination with external agencies for inspection, client and IBR,
Plan & Schedule the total erection of Boiler, the same to be submitted to Client.
Maintain safety procedures and records, conducted safety meetings and audits.
Planned and Reviewed daily progress of project and experienced in implementation of Project schedule with effective man power.

Shutdown Work Coordination.
