Human Resource Manager Bermuda

Work closely with HR staff in Bermuda to oversee their responsibility in providing immigration support for EXPATS (expatriate employees).

Ensure that new hire requisition requests are processed and attain a three level signature approval.

Provide feedback to hiring managers regarding timelines for their expat’s entry in to Bermuda upon work permit approval.

Ensure that Social Insurance Numbers (SIN) are applied for by each new expat (payroll and pension enrollment, and bank account establishment)

Partner with administrative team to ensure that housing and transportation is secured before the expats arrival in Bermuda.

Review all drafted Statement of Employment (SOE)contracts for signature approval
