Completed international M&A assignments resulting in accretive acquisitions of companies including a $45 million company based in Asia, a $290 million acquisition located in Germany and a carve-out of a $60 million division of a North American conglomerate.

Worked extensively with private-equity sponsor GTCR Golder Rauner on capital markets assignments including development of SEC documents, prospectus, and road-show management presentation resulting in successful initial public offering in 2005.

Initiated successful legal action against EDS (now HP) for violation of non-compete during sale of competing business unit resulting in assignment of the non-compete to European acquirer.
