• Site Supervisor and Project Manager responsible for direct oversight of the general contractors for all aspects of a variety of construction projects including new construction for 9 single family homes, an 89-unit townhome development, and renovation construction of 475 residential units. The single-family projects consist to coordinate directly with multiple parties including the owners/developers, finance, general contractors and sub-contractors, architects, engineers and supplies to ensure that each project is properly planned to meet existing timelines and schedules, financial budgets and delivery of finished projects for sale to prospective buyers. Duties require rotating between office administrative work and collaboration with management team members to performing frequent onsite inspections and evaluation of the work performance of general contractors and sub-contractors. Often this requires working with the various stakeholders to trouble shoot issues as they occur and minimize disruption of project operations and financial risks.
