Oversaw and mentored project engineering teams. Managed construction and creation of prototype systems and machines including complete Drilling Rigs. Facilitated prototype fabrication, managing process from vendor RFQ/VTQ issue through prototype assembly. Troubleshot and regular maintenance of electrical, mechanical and control issues. Identified issues, analyzed cause and extent of issue, and broke complex problems into manageable components to ensure resolution.
