STRAGETIC DEVELOPMENT

On more than one occasion I have accepted the challenges posed by division and rapid decline of enrollment. The management style used brought immediate stability to the schools, which facilitated increased school enrollment and profitability.

STABILITY

Increased Staff Development through new and innovative programs; created a cohesive team of teachers by maintaining a positive work environment and increased staff productivity by developing job descriptions for all employees and through the addition of auxiliary staff.

ACCREDITATION

Spearheaded the development of the accreditation process for several schools with both ACSI and WASC. Achieved accreditation status with several schools and continued the responsibility of achievement to maintain high academic standards.

ADMINISTRATION

Supervision of staff which included a full Pre-School, Elementary School, Middle School and all aides and complimentary components such as Student Services for before and after school programs. Responsible for the day to day operations as well as planning for future development and expansion. Assisted in the development of a Stewardship Campaign program. Supervised and maintained off campus real estate and development accounts. Researched and evaluated all financial contracts as well as developed and negotiated all staff contracts.

FACILITATION

Designed Community Programs which resulted in improved service and communication to the area through “We Live To Give.” Assisted in the development of a data bank for an Alumni Association. Began a voluntary program for young students in cooperation with the “Young Marines” which facilitated self esteem and personal growth through discipline and teamwork.
