●Rebuilt PC payments window following the Web standards by using servlet tags.

●Controlled outsourcing engineers for payments window development by using Git and issue tracking solution.

●Implemented additional functions of payments like the coupon, the card’s point system and installment process.

●Integrated brand-new payment methods provided by 3rd party companies like WeChat; made a library and test case format every teammate can use.

●Founded the best logging method using UDP communication and conserved over 30% failures of payments.

NICE ARS

●Reduced cost 50% to use ARS system of 3rd party company by building the brand-new NICE ARS system.

●Initiated NICE ARS system integration with ARS server by creating pages writing JAVA code to communicate with the ARS server and payments server and provides metadata to a system-wide search database.

●Redesigned ARS process and implemented a notification system for error monitoring by checking failure rate of payment per total when the payments processed.

Easy Payment Service

●Optimized easy payment process 4 times faster than before by implementing APIs, multi-threading and batch process of Spring framework.

●Dedicated to maintaining SMARTPAY iOS application providing easy payments to clients.
