WORK EXPERIENCE:
RF Engineer Intern- TELECOM TECHNOLOGY SERVICES Aug 2016- Dec 2016
As an Intern, I was a part of a team which carried out Phase 3 and Phase 4 process for optimization of LTE, CDMA and UMTS wireless networks. Worked on data analysis of the test data collected for finding Coverage for Signal Strength (RSRP), Signal Quality (RSRQ) Best CINR, Best Server Areas, Uplink and Downlink Throughput. Also was a part of In-building network optimization for network bands for LTE and UMTS optimization.
PROJECTS EXPERIENCE:
Encoding Decoding and performance analysis of Space Time Trellis Code Aug 2016 – Dec 2016
A MATLAB code was written that performed the Encoding and Decoding process for 2 - State and 4 – State Trellis Structure. Performance Analysis of different states Trellis i.e., 8 - State, 16 - State, 32 - State has been performed which are QPSK modulated and passed through Rician channel with AWGN.
Rate versus Power Control in IS-95, CDMA2000, and LTE Feb 2016 - May 2016
A matlab code was used to evaluate and compare rate versus power control in IS-95(CDMA Standard for 2G) and CDMA2000 1xEV-DO (Enhanced version Data Optimized) systems are evaluated and compared for SISO, SIMO, MISO and MIMO scenarios with M=2 and 4..
MIMO systems with spatial multiplexing in the presence of polarization diversity- October 2015
Performed a simulation in MATLAB to study the behaviour of MIMO systems in presence of polarisation diversity and also computed symbol error rate for MIMO systems over a Rayleigh fading channel..
GPS and GSM based Vehicle Tracking July2014 - April 2015
The purpose of the project was to track the co-ordinates of a vehicle using GPS and GSM modules. GPS tracked down the location and forwarded it to Arduino board. The Arduino board then encrypted the data and sent it to the GSM module in the form of SMS. GSM module had a SIM card which had data as well as text service enabled. The module then sent an SMS having the location of the vehicle.
RF based ROBOTIC Vehicle -- June 2013 – Nov 2013
Designed and developed a prototype model used in various applications. The robot design had a range of 150m in LoS with an ability to transmit video at 5 Ghz and a range upto 1 mile.
