Independent Contractor (Program/ERP Project Manager – Contractual 7/2015 – Current) supporting clients such as: Blue Cross Blue Shield of IL (Chicago) and Motorola Solutions (Chicagoland)

Accomplishments:

BCBS of IL: Successfully direct and developed a Business Process Improvement strategy to improve business processes for Financial Closing, Financial Reporting, Actuaries, BA processes and deliver a three year Roadmap for third party vendors. Benefit of improvement strategy reduce monthly closing from 45 days to 7 days, eliminate process redundancies, deliver real time data, single source Data Warehouse Environment

Motorola Solutions: Successfully managed their Oracle ERP CPQ_C workstream. Inherited a failing project that was impacting the over Enterprise project. My role was to bring the project back inline with the enterprise portfolio, remove obstacles, delays and resolve resource issues. The project was brought back in line with the enterprise project by resolving resource issues, implementing SCRUM methodology, identifying weekly sprints with clear weekly deliverables and holding daily scrum meetings. Accomplishments:

Humana Healthcare (Louisville, KY): Successfully managed the post merger processes for Mergers & Acquisitions department. For two years managed the rebranding of acquired organizations to the Humana brand by retiring non-Humana systems old companies legacy systems, build new infrastructure environments hardware & software requirements, training environments for operating systems, business applications, call centers and financial systems. Managed data conversions, migrations and security requirements.
