Nurse Training

RESUME

I have been a nurse for ** years, during this time I have explored all the

opportunities I could experience within my scope of practice. I have been

the Charge Nurse at Nursing Homes, the Community Nurse for 2 assisted

living facilities.

One of the clinic nurses, with a physicians office, Occupational Health

office, and the after hours clinic working together for all. Spent about 2

years working as a Scrub nurse including in the Endoscopic Lab. The floor

nurse in Med/Surge, and as a Geriatric Psychiatric Unit nurse.

I have had leadership training. I am I.V. certified and have kept up on my

continuing education. Before becoming a nurse I was a nurses aide for

about 9 years. Took E.M.T. training.

I obtained my P.N. training at Indian Capitol Vo-Tech in Tahlequah, OK. I

have obtained my Associates of Science degree from Connors State College in

Warner OK.

I like to keep busy and enjoy working outdoors. I enjoy working with my

father in his shop and have learned to use all sorts of power tools and an

electric welder.

I seldom have called in sick. I am very reliable and loyal. I hope you
